Out of Stock & Substitution
In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you (via e-mail or telephone) to offer you an alternative or to determine how you want to proceed with your order.
Refunds and Returns
In the unlikely event of you not being totally satisfied with your order then please inform us as soon as you receive it. The Whole Caboodle makes everything to order and therefore refunds and exchanges can only be given where the product is found to be faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose but please contact me if you have any problems with your order as soon as you receive it.
Please note that we will not be in a position to address your problem where you have been careless or unreasonable in your demands. We are not required to provide you with a refund if you have simply changed your mind or you find a similar or the same item more cheaply elsewhere.
Cancellation of Orders
All stationery is made to order and mostly personalised so once your order has been received and processed then any work already underway or materials orders must be paid for in full. If work hasn’t yet begun and no materials have been ordered then your order can be cancelled and your payment returned.
Proof Checking – What if there is a mistake on the printing?
I always do my best to ensure everything is correct and as it should be but It is the 100% buyers responsibility to check that all proofs are 100% correct, checked and double checked before giving me the go-ahead to print. This also includes checking the details, spellings, layout, fonts and font sizes etc.
The whole Caboodle provides free proofs and free alterations to proofs before any printing is done. New proofs will be sent every time a change has been requested which you must check again as above. Printing will not begin until you are happy and have given me the ‘go ahead’ to do so. Once printing has begun changes can no longer be made. Any mistakes spotted after printing may result in the stationery being re-made at your expense. So sit down with a coffee, and take your time when checking proofs! It’s advisable to ask a couple of other people to check your proofs as well as they sometimes spot things that you might miss in all the excitement!
Any delay in your proof checking may delay delivery.
Prices, delivery info and product information displayed on The Whole Caboodle website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (GBP).
The Whole Caboodle is not registered for VAT as we are a small company and restrict the number of orders that we undertake.
We take full or part payment at the time of ordering. If you need to split your payment then please ask and we can arrange a deposit and balance payment. The deposit (50%) will be required before work begins and the balance (50%) will be due before dispatch. No order is accepted by The Whole Caboodle until the order has been checked and approved. If there is a problem, we will telephone you or e-mail you within three (3) working days. Paying the full amount upfront also substantially reduces order processing time, and ensures that as a customer, all you need to do is sit back and wait for your delivery to arrive.
Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
ALL orders placed after 3pm on Friday and at any time of day on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays unless alternative arrangements have been made.
What if my order does not arrive?
Please check for a courier / post office / Parcelforce card or ask neighbours and work colleagues if your order hasn’t arrived on the date agreed. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us ASAP if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
Quality and Maintenance of Goods
At The Whole Caboodle we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. Once delivery has occurred quality and maintenance of the produce is your responsibility.
